tapeXO（tapexo.app，下称“本服务”）是一款面向 X（Twitter）内容创作者和品牌的互动活动管理工具（SaaS）。发起人可以创建赠品/福利活动、设置参与条件、收集参与名单，并通过可公开验证的随机算法（commit‑reveal，结果哈希记录在 X Layer 公链上）选出获奖名单。本服务由个人运营者提供（联系方式见文末）。
2. 账户与登录
参与者和发起人均通过 X 官方 OAuth 登录。你需对自己账户下的行为负责，不得冒用他人身份、使用批量/虚假账户或自动化脚本参与活动。
tapeXO (tapexo.app, the "Service") is an engagement and giveaway management tool (SaaS) for X (Twitter) creators and brands. Hosts create giveaway campaigns, set entry requirements, collect the entrant list, and pick winners with publicly verifiable randomness (commit‑reveal, with result hashes recorded on the X Layer public blockchain). The Service is operated by an individual operator (contact details below).
2. Accounts and sign-in
Entrants and hosts sign in with X's official OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account and must not impersonate others or enter with bulk/fake accounts or automation.
3. Free for entrants
Entering a giveaway is always free. Entrants never pay the Service or the host to enter or to improve their chances.
4. Prizes are the host's responsibility
Prizes, rewards or perks are offered, promised and delivered solely by the host. The Service never holds, stores, delivers or transfers prizes and is not responsible for their quality, value, delivery or taxes. Delivery is arranged directly between the host and the winners.
5. Paid features
Core features are free (up to 300 entrants per giveaway). Hosts may buy a one-time paid tier for a single giveaway to unlock higher entrant caps (500 / 2,000 / 10,000) plus features such as a brand logo and a stats dashboard. Prices are shown on the site. Payments buy software features only and have no effect on any outcome. See the Refund Policy.
6. Host obligations
Hosts must make sure their giveaways and prizes are lawful and comply with X's rules and local laws (including promotion, advertising and tax rules). Hosts must not run giveaways that require payment to enter, are gambling or speculative in nature, or involve illegal, fraudulent, adult or infringing content. We may remove giveaways or terminate access for violations.
7. Verifiability and public data
To make results verifiable, the entrant username list and result file are published when a giveaway closes, and their hashes are written to a public blockchain and cannot be changed. The random outcome is determined by an on-chain algorithm that neither the Service nor the host can predict or influence. Requirement checks (e.g. follow/repost) rely on public data and may be delayed or imperfect.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages, failures of external platforms (such as X or blockchain networks) or data delays; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid the Service for the giveaway concerned.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new date. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or end access for breaches.
