1. 我们收集的信息

• X 登录信息：X 用户 ID、用户名、显示名称、头像链接（通过 X 官方 OAuth 获取，不获取密码，不发帖）。
• 参与记录：你参与的活动、参与时间、条件核对结果。
• 访问统计：用于防刷和活动数据看板的匿名访客标识（经过哈希的 Cookie）、来源（是否来自分享链接）；我们不存储原始 IP 地址，仅保存不可逆的哈希值用于防滥用。
• 付费信息：订单档位、金额、交易哈希或支付服务商返回的订单号。若通过支付服务商付款，卡号等支付信息由支付服务商处理，我们不接触。

2. 使用目的

提供和运营活动功能、核对参与条件、防止作弊和滥用、生成可验证的开奖文件、处理付费与退款、提供客服支持。我们不出售个人信息，也不用于广告投放。

3. 公开信息

为保证结果可验证，活动截止时的参与者 X 用户名列表和开奖结果会公开发布，其哈希写入公链。公链记录无法删除；公开文件中只包含用户名，不包含显示名称、头像或其他个人信息。获奖者的用户名、显示名称和头像会在活动页面展示。

4. 中奖者领奖信息

若发起人要求，中奖者可在中奖后自愿提交领奖所需信息（如邮箱、收件人姓名/电话/地址、Telegram、Discord、钱包地址或发起人指定的一项自定义信息）。这些信息只用于发放奖品：仅该中奖者本人和该活动的发起人（绑定的 X 账号）可以查看，发起人可导出；它们不会公开展示，不会写入参与名单、开奖结果或任何封存/链上文件。发起人锁定前中奖者可修改。提交的信息约 180 天后自动删除。发起人收到信息后应仅用于发奖，并自行承担其后续处理责任。

5. 共享与服务商

我们仅在提供服务所必需的范围内使用以下服务商：云托管与存储服务商、X（登录与公开数据）、区块链网络（公开记录）、支付服务商（处理付款与退款）。法律要求时，我们可能依法披露信息。

6. Cookie

我们使用必要的 Cookie 维持登录状态，并使用一个匿名访客 Cookie 做去重统计。不使用广告或跨站跟踪 Cookie。

7. 保存期限

访问统计记录约 180 天后自动删除；参与记录和订单记录在提供服务和满足财务/法律要求所需的期间内保存。

8. 你的权利

你可以联系我们查询、更正或删除你的个人信息（公链记录与已公开的哈希文件除外），也可以随时在 X 设置中撤销对本服务的授权。

9. 儿童

本服务不面向未满 16 周岁的用户。

Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• X sign-in data: X user ID, username, display name and avatar URL (via X's official OAuth; we never see your password and never post for you).
• Entry records: which giveaways you entered, when, and requirement-check results.
• Visit statistics: an anonymous visitor identifier (a hashed cookie) and referral source, used for abuse prevention and the host's stats dashboard. We do not store raw IP addresses, only irreversible hashes for abuse prevention.
• Billing data: tier, amount, transaction hash or the payment provider's order ID. When you pay through a payment provider, card details are handled by that provider and never reach us.

2. How we use it

To run giveaways, check entry requirements, prevent cheating and abuse, produce verifiable result files, process payments and refunds, and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

3. Public information

To keep results verifiable, the list of entrant X usernames and the result file are published when a giveaway closes, and their hashes are written to a public blockchain. Blockchain records cannot be deleted; public files contain usernames only (no display names, avatars or other personal data). Winners' usernames, display names and avatars are shown on the giveaway page.

4. Winner prize-claim details

If the host asks for it, a winner may voluntarily submit the details needed to deliver a prize (e.g. email, recipient name/phone/address, Telegram, Discord, wallet address, or one custom item set by the host). These details are used only to deliver the prize: only that winner and the giveaway's host (the bound X account) can see them, and the host can export them. They are never shown publicly and never written into the entrant list, results, or any sealed or on-chain file. The winner can edit them until the host locks submissions. They are deleted automatically after about 180 days. The host must use them only to deliver the prize and is responsible for how they handle them afterwards.

5. Sharing and providers

We use the following providers only as needed to run the Service: cloud hosting and storage, X (sign-in and public data), blockchain networks (public records) and our payment provider (payments and refunds). We may disclose information when required by law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and one anonymous visitor cookie for de-duplicated statistics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Retention

Visit statistics are deleted automatically after about 180 days; entry and order records are kept as long as needed to provide the Service and meet accounting/legal requirements.

8. Your rights

Contact us to access, correct or delete your personal data (except blockchain records and already-published hashed files). You can revoke the Service's access in your X settings at any time.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16.
